A happy day for Nick Cannon and Mariah Carey.. because
she give's birth to her twin babies, a baby girl
and a baby boy.. the baby girl is 5 lbs, 3 oz,
and 18 inches long, and her baby boy is 5 lbs. 6 oz,
and 19 inches..
And that's not The only celebration They have..it is a double
Celebration because it is also the wedding anniversary of
the couple..
Nick Cannon said "I'm not Trying To be a psychic
,but we renew our vows every year so.. It's probably
going to be in The hospital this year.I can feel it.
and when Cannon guested The Thursday talk he said
. "We got the minister coming in,so this gown WILL
not be a wedding gown,but a hospital gown." =)


when Mariah Carey is in the delivery room Nick
was Very nervous that time waiting..But When Mariah Carey
successfully delivered their twin baby.. Nick was
very happy.. and both of them are overwhelming
with happiness..

Mariah and nick haven't decided about the name
of the babies..but Nick said They wont be
crazy names like carburetor or something,"he PROMISED!
but they're definitely unique."

This is the most hard things to do.. forgetting someone who has been a part of your life..realizing that it is all over.. you will never bring back the past, the joy that she/he brought into your life.. but all the love and joy you felt has been replaced with anger and hatred.. on your mind you just want that girl dead.. or you just want to make vengeance.. But the truth is you just want her back.. then you heard the song of bonjovie "you give love a bad name".. wew! that's a nice song to hear..

the first thing to do is..
1st. Relax.. stay calm for a while.. don't be hasty.. think before doing something stupid.listen to music esp. to bonjovi songs.. =)

2nd.think.. why it ends up that way.. is it your fault and think of the reason why she/he do that..

3rd. if your mind s all set up.. ask her if what's wrong.. if she/he answer you back like he/she never concerned of you anymore . it means you and her need's time to never see each other anymore..

4th. this is the time that you should enjoy yourself and try to forget about her. I know that is hard to do but.. you have no choice.. just keep it in mind that she just need time.. maybe in the future. she when you see each other again she will realized that she just need some space.. then you'll start all over again.. dont think like it's the end of the world if she's gone.. think that she just need some air to breath.. =) but if it takes too long for her to realized that she love you.. in that case dude.. you just need to accept the truth that there will never be you and her anymore.. at least you know that your not meant to be for each other.. you won't be sorry..be happy.. date with other women.. you will enjoyed it..

"How to avoid a bad day"

When you wake-up early in the morning and your late for work or late to go to school and your going insane don't know what to do. you rush to the bathroom to do a quick shower and rushing to get dressed and you didn't eat your breakfast and when you're in the car 10 minute's away from you're house.. suddenly you realize you forgot your cellphone.. then you rush into a coffee house and trying to buy coffee but there's so many people in the coffee store.. wew! it's going to be a bad day.. then you've got to your office 10 min's late for your presentation..and your boss nagging you.. what will you do?..

here's some advice that i know that will work..

1st. Take a deep breath.. try to hold your breath and just close your eyes..relax and stretch your body so the stress in your body will be gone, just think of nothing.. just relax..inhale and exhale.. =)

2nd. don't think of negative things that make your day bad.. think of happy things so that your day will be fine.

3rd. when your wanting to do something or craving to eat something.. do it or treat your self.. don't mind the expense's just do it.. so that the stress in your mind will be gone..clear your thoughts..

4th. Bonding with your friends.. that will make your day fine..

Charice will sing the national anthem of the Philippines.. will she make Philippines proud because of the way she sing..many Filipino singers who tried to sing the national anthem of the Philippines failed to sung it correctly.. some of them forgotten the lyrics and most of them change the diction.. and make they're own composition of it..and it sounds awful.. will charice make a new step of fame for singing the national anthem? or she will failed and all Filipino and all people in the world will talked about her performance and laugh about it.. but charice is so amazing and so talented.. charice will make all Filipino proud and manny pacquiao will definitely win this fight.. =)
