When you wake-up early in the morning and your late for work or late to go to school and your going insane don't know what to do. you rush to the bathroom to do a quick shower and rushing to get dressed and you didn't eat your breakfast and when you're in the car 10 minute's away from you're house.. suddenly you realize you forgot your cellphone.. then you rush into a coffee house and trying to buy coffee but there's so many people in the coffee store.. wew! it's going to be a bad day.. then you've got to your office 10 min's late for your presentation..and your boss nagging you.. what will you do?..
here's some advice that i know that will work..
1st. Take a deep breath.. try to hold your breath and just close your eyes..relax and stretch your body so the stress in your body will be gone, just think of nothing.. just relax..inhale and exhale.. =)
2nd. don't think of negative things that make your day bad.. think of happy things so that your day will be fine.
3rd. when your wanting to do something or craving to eat something.. do it or treat your self.. don't mind the expense's just do it.. so that the stress in your mind will be gone..clear your thoughts..
4th. Bonding with your friends.. that will make your day fine..
